COVID-19 Guidelines

All persons at the soccer fields must wear face coverings and practice 6 ft social distancing. Only players , coaches while on the field are exempt from this while maintaining distancing.

Due to the COVID 19 there are new guidelines. Please take a look below!

According to the new Covid 19 Guidelines issued by the State of Ohio, if you are sitting in groups of your own household, you no longer need to wear a mask. Coaches and refs actively participating do not need to wear a mask.

  • Everyone (spectators, coaches, players and refs) needs to wear a mask at all times except if they are at play.

  • All spectators need to try and stay 6 ft apart.

  • There will be signs posted in the locations of play that remind of face coverings and social distancing

  • if someone is not wearing a mask do not get into an altercation with them simply point out one of the signs.

  • try and limit the amount of family coming to games. We understand that some parents cannot limit siblings coming to games but we ask that families limit extended family and friends from coming this season.

  • Unfortunately there can be no coaches talk to players after games and we will not be able to do snacks after games as we are unable to congregate after games.

  • make sure the kids on the sidelines are wearing a mask and social distancing

  • refs will not be wearing a mask while the game is in play but need to wear one when not in play

  • there will be throwins

  • for game balls head coaches can use one of their balls as we will have sanitizing spray at all locations or we will have extra sanitized balls if needed.

  • coaches should bring the hand sanitizer they were given to be used during games.

  • there will be no build out lines as the number of players on the field does not warrant the use this season.

  • at the beginning of games, teams will be spaced out and will need to be wearing masks. No handshakes.

  • AT ALL TIMES SPITTING IS NOT ALLOWED. If someone spits they will be given a card.

  • There will be no tunnels at end of the game

  • Due to the uncertainty of the season no standings will be kept and there will be no medals or trophies for 1st or 2nd place.

This was done to try and make it fair for all.
