President / Referee Coordinator |
Bill coordinates and represents the program and is responsible for all Board members to see that everything is being done in a timely manner. He designs the field layouts, oversees the installation of the goals and the maintenance of the fields. Bill evaluates and assigns referees to all SAY games, he runs the referee training and certification clinics. Bill is also a referee. |
| Bob Palace | Vice President | Bob has the daunting task of creating the game schedules for 100+ teams. |
| Denise Fath | Treasurer | In addition to being a past President of Mason SAY Soccer, Denise was a member of the SAY National Governing Board. Denise is also a referee. |

| Lynn Eastham | Secretary | Lynn handles registraitions, refunds, data entry and computer procedures. She assigns players from the waiting list to teams and handles all of the Clubs telephone calls and general emails. Shes is also the Uniform Coordinator |
| Eric Wikoff | Area Representative Coaches Coordinator Web Master |
Eric is responsible for reviewing and administering appropriate sanctions towards players, coaches, and teams in accordance with SAY Organizational Rules. Acts as liaison between the coaches and the club. He conducts coaches meetings and training sessions. He created and maintains the web site. Eric is also a referee. |
| Matt Dimerling | Instructional League Coordinator | Matt handles all referee scheduling and coaches needs for the Instructional League. |
| Denise Fath | Camp Coordinator | Denise oversees the Summer training camp and coordinates the housing needs of the 15 - 20 trainers that conduct the camp. |
Of course there are others - Lisa Niesz and Matt Dimerling are our Trustees Bryan Newswanger designed and maintains the computerized player draw progam, coaches and referees. Andy Thompson conducts referee training classes. |
