Hi everybody it's that time of year to let me know if you’re going to REFEREE this Fall. Don’t forget to take the Ref class, which you are required to take at least once a year. If I don't hear from you, I may not call you. This Fall's Ref class will be held at Nixon Park, near the pool at a cost of $15. Class will be held on August, 21& 28 from 9:00 AM till 1:PM and you must attend both days and take a test. The Test will be given at the end of the second day. Everyone who wants to Ref for Mason SAY must attend a Ref Class once every year. If you attended the Spring 10 Class you don’t have to attend the Fall 10 Class. You must be 13 years old and older by August 31. If you are between the ages 10 to 12 1/2 year of age (by August 31) you are eligible to Ref Instructional League Games. This Class will be held on the last Saturday of February and the first Saturday of March in the Spring of 2011. Watch the Mason SAY web page for more information at masonsoccer.org . You can take that ref class for a fee of $10.00 and you’ll receive, a rulebook and an additional ref book titled the Spirit of the Game-Refereeing Youth Soccer. For Refs, who did NOT taken the Ref class on February 27 and March 6 10. You must Re-qualified to ref in the Mason SAY program this FALL 2010. You should e-mail Bill and let him know if you’ll be available to Ref in the FALL of 2010. A Fall ref class to Re-qualified will be held in August, time, date and location to come later. we'll not be taken new Instructional Ref's in the Fall Ref Class. Bill Staten - rreng30geo@aol.com |
